Heart to Heart Hospice has a variety of volunteers that possess different skills and talents needed to assist both patients and their loved ones, while providing support to our interdisciplinary team. The scope of work will be determined by the hospice program and the services that each program offers to patients and family members. Tasks may include providing hands-on care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones, handling administrative work in the office, driving patients to appointments, helping teach bereavement support classes, or providing professional services.
